This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a course purchased through our platform.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 day of course purchase and before accessing more than 10% of the course content. If any significant portion of the course is consumed, cancellation may not be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be provided if the course is found to be non-functional, inaccessible, or significantly different from the description.
  • Any such issues must be reported within 1 day of purchase by contacting our support team.
  • Refunds are not applicable if you have completed a major portion of the course or downloaded a significant part of the material.

3. No Refund Cases

  • No refunds will be provided for change of mind or personal reasons after purchase.
  • Courses offered at discounted rates or promotional offers are non-refundable.

4. Replacement / Access Issues

In case of technical issues, broken video links, or missing files, please report them to our support team. We will aim to resolve the issue or provide alternate access.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 2 working days and credited back to your original payment method.

6. Warranty Courses

For courses hosted through third-party platforms that offer their own refund or warranty terms, please refer to their respective policies.
